Returns/Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy:

All of our products are made-to-order, so we typically do not allow returns/exchanges except for special circumstances. In the case of any manufacturer's defect, we stand by our product and will reach out to our vendors to have the product replaced for you. In the case that the replacement is still not satisfactory, we will refund you. Other special circumstances will be assessed case-by-case.
