Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1-7 business days for production as each product is made-to-order and production times vary by product and time of the year. During holiday seasons production time will usually be longer due to high volumes. 

Shipping times depend on your delivery address and proximity to the warehouse we ship from (varies by product). On average our total production/shipping time is usually about 10-14 days but can be longer depending on the circumstance. International deliveries usually take longer and can take up to 30 days due to customs. We appreciate your patience. In the case of any packages deemed lost or damaged during shipping, we will reship the package to you at no cost.
